Artists with developmental disabilities in a 22-county region in and around Dayton are encouraged to submit their entries for the 7th Annual Art & Soul juried art exhibit. The deadline for entries is Wednesday, February 5. Entries may be dropped off or mailed to Inner I Gallery, 81 East Main Street in Xenia (Toward Independence.) Artists may submit up to two pieces of art for judging in the following media: paintings, drawings, 3-D art; pottery, sculpture; mosaics; photography and mixed media.
Three area professional judges will select 40 entries to be showcased at this year’s Exhibit at the Town & Country Fine Arts Center, beginning with the opening reception on April 4.
We welcome new Art Patron Vincenzina Krymow. Her tax-deductible donation will support cash awards to the artists. The Exhibit is funded solely by sponsorships and donations. The 2014 sponsors include the Butler, Greene, Hamilton and Montgomery County Boards of Developmental Disabilities, with additional support from Sketches Framing Shop, the Warren County Board of Developmental Disabilities and 3F Coaching.
You can join Vincenzina as an Art Patron with a $100 tax-deductible donation on our secure website or mail to Toward Independence, 81 East Main Street, Xenia 45385, to the attention of Jodi Hill.
